We provide size, length, and fit alterations only, wherever possible.

We do not offer design customisation or changes to the original colour, style, embroidery, pattern, or overall design of the garment.

5. How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and alteration requirements.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Marwar Rootss offers international delivery.

International shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other charges applicable in the destination country are also the responsibility of the customer and are not borne by Marwar Rootss.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you so that you can conveniently track your shipment.

8. What is your return or exchange policy?

Marwar Rootss follows a No Return – Exchange Only policy.

Any exchange request must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the order. The garment must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

The courier or shipping charges for sending the product back for exchange are to be borne by the customer.

Marwar Rootss products are manufactured at our Abhippri factory in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, with a strong focus on Indian craftsmanship, quality, and finishing.

Our collections use a variety of premium and delicate fabrics. Due to the nature of these fabrics, minor colour fading or shrinkage may occur.

We strongly recommend following the prescribed garment care instructions and using professional dry cleaning wherever advised.
