As many of our garments involve handcrafted work, minor variations in embroidery, prints, or finishing are natural and are not considered defects.

* We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
* Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible.
4. Pricing
* All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
* Shipping charges, customs duties, and international taxes (if applicable) are charged separately.
5. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Marwar Rootss is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Exchange & Refund
Please refer to our Exchange Policy and Return & Refund Policy available on our website.
Marwar Rootss follows a No Return, Only Exchange policy, subject to the conditions mentioned in those policies.
