Exchange & Return Policy

At Marwar Rootss, we follow a No Return, Only Exchange Policy.

No returns are accepted unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with the original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange will be processed only after the product is received, inspected, and approved by our team.
Shipping charges for exchange, including return and reshipping charges, will be borne by the customer.
Customized, altered, personalized, and sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Marwar Rootss reserves the right to reject an exchange if the returned product does not meet the required conditions.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the product
Order ID
Unboxing video, if available

After verification, our team will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
